Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Haven Medical is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
