Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across San Jose, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around field inspections clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
