Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in San Jose with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
