Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Summit Amber Staffing connects candidates and employers across the San Jose region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
