Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Jose with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around field inspections clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling field inspections. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
