Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Birch Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Diego, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling proof of delivery. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
