Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ashton Hospitality and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 543 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
