Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Diego, CA)

Summit Cobalt Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling safety records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
