Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Antonio, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
