Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Banking Services is a regional lender in San Antonio with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling account openings. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
