Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
