Sales Representative - inbound leads (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Kestrel Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Salt Lake City region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
