Sales Representative - inbound leads (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Associates sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Sacramento. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
