Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Ember Manufacturing Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
