Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

Rivermark Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around housekeeping schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
