Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

Amberfield Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Richmond presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around event logistics clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling event logistics. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
