Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sable Manufacturing and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around tooling clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
