Sales Representative - inbound leads (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling recycling loads. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
