Sales Representative - inbound leads (Reno, NV)

Nova Junction Construction is a Reno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling project schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
