Sales Representative - inbound leads (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Sable Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Reno region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 387 people based in Reno. What you will do • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
