Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Westbrook Fox Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
