Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Highbridge Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Miami region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
