Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Medical and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around training materials clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
