Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Construction and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
