Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Fernwood Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Birmingham. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer estimates clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
