Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Foxglove River Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Richmond. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
