Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Lumen Maple Manufacturing makes precision components in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around machine downtime clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
