Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Fern Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Buffalo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
