Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Stonegate Pine Staffing is a Tampa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
