Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Orchard Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling field records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
