Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Hospitality Associates and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 288 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around food costs clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling food costs. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
