Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Sacramento, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
