Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Studio serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
