Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Silverline Mill Farms is an agricultural business based around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
