Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
