Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Forge Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer tracking clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer tracking. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
