Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Bridge Foods Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer specifications clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
