Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Diego. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling proof of delivery. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
