Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Granite Staffing is a Grand Rapids staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
