Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Bright Hollow Facilities is a facilities company in San Diego with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around supply orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling supply orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
