Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Nova Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charlotte, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Explain our services around production batches clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
