Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Umber Arts Center and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
