Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Insurance is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
