Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Staffing places workers with employers around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
