Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Bright Keystone Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Spokane, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around safety inspections clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
