Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Summit Ember Staffing Group places workers with employers around San Jose, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
