Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Associates collects and processes waste and recycling around El Paso. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 636 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain our services around fleet maintenance clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
