Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Amberfield Stone Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Nashville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling loan files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
