Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Silverline Willow Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Jose. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
