Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Nova Junction Medical is a Virginia Beach company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
